Church to loses Tax Exempt status for preaching against war....
Church and State. A church in California is at risk of losing its tax exempt status because of an anti-war sermon. Another church in California openly lobbies against abortion.

The churches of the right should fear this. The backlash will hurt them - since they really are politicking from the pulpit.
A few years ago, a Catholic church in Berlin ran an election ad telling their faithful to vote for anti-abortion candidates. I wish I'd reported them.
