Who is paying the price.....
The U.S. National Guard and Reserves have been especially hard hit by the ongoing war in Iraq . These troops, traditionally used sparingly in overseas conflicts are now overburdened, and, according to AP, are “suffering a strikingly higher share of U.S. casualties in Iraq.”
