On Air American Radio they had an idea for this picture. Al Franken said DeLay was slick the way he had the picture done. Joe Conanson said that DeLay didn't want his mugshot to be used in Democrat's commercials. But then Joe said that when he saw it he thought you could still use it in a commercial and say "What's he smiling about?"
I can see that...
"Tom DeLay is the highest ranking politician in the history of America to be indicted."
"Tom DeLay took money from the sex slave industry and said they represented the best the GOP had to offer"

Either way he does look like the damn cat that ate the carney.
