Bradley to Return Delay's money, Charlie Bass WON'T!
You can't really blame Charlie Bass though, the money from DeLay went to buy votes he has already cast. He voted the way they told him so even if the source of the money is illegal Charlie obviously feels he earned the money.

Bradley to return money from DeLay's PAC
Rep. Jeb Bradley, R-N.H., says he will return $15,000 in campaign funds from former House majority leader Tom DeLay's political action committee.
A spokesman for Rep. Charles Bass, R-N.H., who has received $7,500 from the group, says the congressman won't return the money because the political action committee isn't involved in the investigation.from boston.com

I think there are 2 reasons for this - the first being that Bradley's had to eat a ton of crap from his constituents about Tom DeLay. At nearly every town hall meeting (and he does one nearly every weekend) Bradley has gotten an earful on the subject.
Bradley is also a very wealthy man. A look at his financial reports reveals millions of dollars in oil and energy stocks, and pharmaceuticals - plus Swiss bank accounts. Bradley is also more likely to score from wealthy donors - DeLay gave him more money than he gave Bass. Bass does not have the same kind of personal wealth, and he's screwed up this year with the MTBE thing. He may have trouble finding NH donors, though perhaps the oil companies will reward him.

Susan, how could you forget my favorite component of the Bradley family fortune...the $10,000 in Halliburton stock!
Yes, Jeb still owns Halliburton stock, despite sitting on the Armed Services Committee.
Maybe this explains his opposition to legislation calling for tougher oversight. I'm sure it's just a coincidence, though, right?

I almost forgot...
Who is the genius at the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee who thought it was a wise idea to put out a release praising Jeb for returning the money? These guys are so fixated on the 2nd district that they are knifing the three of us who are trying to show Jeb the door. Typical Beltway stupidity.
