Breast Cancer site needs your help

I just got this from a contact at the American Legion department of NH.

"I have verified this through www.snopes.com it is true
Bob

A Favor to AskIt only takes a few seconds to click ....*Y*6*YPlease tell ten friends to tell ten today! The Breast Cancer site is having trouble getting enough people to click on their site daily to meet their quota of donating at least one free mammogram a day to an underprivileged woman. It takes less than a minute to go to their site andclick on "donating a mammogram" for free (pink window in the middle). This doesn't cost you a thing. Their corporate sponsors/advertisers usethe number of daily visits to donate mammogram in exchange for advertising. Here's the web site! Pass it along to people you know.http://www.thebreastcancersite.com/
AGAIN, PLEASE TELL 10 FRIENDS TO TELL 10 TODAY "

Give a click... all 3 of you...

Comments:
Unlike the way things are explained in the e-mail, one click does not magically provide a mammogram to a needy woman — it takes 45,000 clicks, not just one. Averaging 58,000 clicks a day, The Breast Cancer Site provides funding for approximately 1.3 mammograms a day. Visitors are also not prohibited from clicking more than once; they just can't do so more than once a day.

There was a long drawn out
e-message that I should have posted but I hoped the site would clear that up. The advertisers are obviously making bag loads offen this but a small click here helps that much more. Nothing is free but it didn't seem too bad an idea at least compared to some of the stuff they send me.

To think we as the richest Nation on the planet, (thanks China) have to click 48K freakin times to help one down trodden woman get a flippin checkup. Dare I say... tragic.
